Giving Back to the Community: Topspot’s Charity Drive at Hospicio de San Jose

Last Saturday, January 10, 2026, the Topspot team had the privilege of hosting a donation drive charity event at Hospicio de San Jose in Manila. It was a heartfelt day filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful connections as we came together to give back to the community that continues to support us.

As we are beyond grateful for the trust and support we receive, we believe it is only right to share our blessings with others. This charity drive may have been a simple gesture, but it carried a powerful impact—especially for the children and elders of Hospicio de San Jose. Seeing their joy and appreciation reminded us that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

During the event, we organized fun games that the children truly enjoyed. Their excitement and laughter filled the room as they participated and won prizes. To make the day even more special, we prepared giveaways for all the children and staff, ensuring that everyone felt included and appreciated.

In addition to the activities for the kids, we also donated essential goods for the elderly residents. It was our way of showing care and respect for them, and of supporting the institution in its continued mission to provide comfort and care.

This charity event was a success not just because of the donations given, but because of the shared moments, genuine smiles, and the sense of community we experienced together. Running from November 18 to 21, 2025, this year’s show delivered an exciting mix of new firearm releases, exclusive services, and convenient licensing solutions—all aimed at promoting responsible gun ownership in the Philippines.

Reinforcing DSAS’s mission to promote safe and legal firearm ownership, the event once again featured an LTOPF One-Stop Shop. Attendees could conveniently apply for or renew their License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) on-site, with essential steps—such as biometrics, evaluation, and document submission—handled within the venue.

The Tactical, Survival, and Arms Expo (TACS Expo) Davao 2025 wrapped up another successful run last October 16–19, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center Davao, SM Lanang Premier—bringing together enthusiasts, professionals, and industry leaders from across Mindanao.

Now on its 25th iteration, the TACS Expo has cemented its reputation as the country’s premier event for tactical, survival, and defense innovation. Admission was free, allowing thousands of visitors to explore the latest gear, cutting-edge technology, and lifestyle essentials from leading local and international brands.

One of the biggest highlights of the event was the LTOPF one-stop shop, where attendees could easily apply for or renew their firearm licenses right at the venue—making the process fast, convenient, and hassle-free.

In addition, express releasing was offered for select purchases made during the show, a special service exclusive to TACS Expo Davao that many of our valued customers took advantage of. It was a seamless experience that combined accessibility with efficiency—further proof of the event’s commitment to making responsible ownership simpler and more transparent.

DSAS 2025 Recap: Big Returns, Rare Releases, and Packed Crowds

After a long six-month election gun ban, the Defense and Sporting Arms Show (DSAS) 2025 marked the grand return of the country’s biggest firearms and tactical gear event—and Topspot Guns was proud to be at the heart of it.

This year’s show wasn’t just a comeback—it was a celebration of freedom, innovation, and community. We pulled out all the stops to deliver a booth filled with firsts, fan favorites, and unforgettable moments.

Rare Legends Take the Spotlight

One of the biggest highlights was the Philippine debut of several ultra-rare pieces, including:

• The Kahr K9 “Freedom Edition” – gold-plated and patriotically engraved, with only 20 units ever made worldwide, all available exclusively through Topspot.

• The Golden Tommy Gun, an eye-catching collectible that drew in enthusiasts and first-timers alike.

• The Wastelander Thompson, a heavily weathered, post-apocalyptic piece inspired by the Fallout franchise. Only 25 exist worldwide, and Topspot is home to one of them.

We Ended with a Bang: Raffle Winners!

We closed the event on a high note by giving back to our community through a raffle. We gave away four System Defence units—two drawn from the general event audience and two reserved exclusively for visitors of the Topspot Guns booth. It was a fun and festive way to end a show that was all about reconnection and celebration.
